| Her greatest love was her great-granddaughter, Ashleigh. They had a special relationship; Grammy wanted to live forever so she could always be there for Ashleigh. She passed away when Ashleigh was 3 and has been missed everyday since. |
|
Dorothy Gibson Wickensimer spent her adult life working in finance. She was chief financial officer for a major California company.
She enjoyed her working life and spent many hours at her job. Dorothy loved to travel and spent time in Europe, Hawaii, Canada, and Mexico, as well as traveling the United States with her daughter, Judie. She was loved by her children and grandchildren and loved them in return. |

Dick Wickensimer was known for his wit and humor. He was considered to be a handsome man and enjoyed the attention that brought him. Dick was in the furniture business with his sister, Marje, his brother, Rex, as well as brother-in- law, Al Lindsay. Dick also owned and operated the first supermarket in Sabina, Ohio. He moved the family to California in 1949 and spent the remainder of his working life in the Aerospace industry.

July 1972 - Dick's daughter, Judie, & her husband, Tom Miracle, took Dick & Phyllis to meet Marje & Art Mayo in Las Vegas. Dick was 60 years old and died a few months after these pictures were taken.
